Our Mission
Archangels Specialty Home Care provides personal support care for people who are elderly, ill or need help with daily tasks. Our duty is to make sure our clients are comfortable, safe, and enjoy emotional and physical well-being. It is our goal the client experiences a quality of life while maintaining a sense of control over their life's path. We strive to be accountable to the client and those designated to make decisions for the client.
Meet the Owner
My name is Sherry Cassily & I am the owner of Archangels Specialty Home Care. I have been in the healthcare field for 20+ years & have worked in various stages of the field, including home health care, senior care, & home care services.
I have always loved to help people going all the way back to childhood. My passion for helping people has only grown since then. When I was in my early teenage years I volunteered at a local skilled nursing facility in Brunswick. My friend, friend's mother & myself would volunteer in the Activities Department. During this time we would make crafts, help with parties, & simply socialize with the residents of the facility. I still remember the glowing faces when we walked in the door!
As I got older into my later teenage years I volunteered at a local church in Brunswick. I was a pre-school teacher for the religious program & also did various speeches for the Women's Mission Group. In addition to volunteering for the church, I also assisted at the Soup Kitchen to feed the homeless & unfortunate people of the Brunswick community.
During my 20+ years of working in the healthcare industry I have worked many different positions. I started as an Activities Leader & then quickly grew into a State Tested Nursing Assistant for many years. Following my State Tested Nursing Assistant years I grew into various office personnel positions. I was eventually promoted to a Human Resource Manager, which was my ultimate goal back then.
After 10 years of employment with 1 skilled nursing facility I moved on to further my Human Resource career; however, I came right back to the healthcare field when I was hired as an Office Manager for a home care company, offering senior care to individuals. After working for the home care company for as long as I did, I just knew I had to open my own home care business; so

Meet Nora White, Creative Art Therapy Specialist & Author of Armed With God's Power
Nora White is our Creative Art Therapy Specialist. She has worked endlessly to complete her training & has received her certificate of completion for Creative Art Therapy Specialist through Cuyahoga County Community College. Nora has been an Artist for many years now from landscapes to portraits & every kind of art in between. Her passion to help others has led her to a form of art that encourages others & provides them purpose.

Experienced Caregivers
Archangels Specialty Home Care caregivers are referred to as "Angels on Earth", by many of our clients. We hire different "Angels" so we can provide home care services for many families, based off each "Angels" skill-set. Some of our "Angels" are State Tested Nursing Assistants, Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides, & Caregivers that have been helping people for a long time. We provide one-on-one attention and care that cannot compare in other settings. With this said, some "Angels" will have more companion & homemaker care experience, while others will have more skilled services for our clients that need more personal care needs. We strive to make sure each of our clients are matched up with the most appropriate skill-set of the "Angel" along with their personalities. We need all of our clients to have the perfect fit with their "Angel."
