What kind of home care services do you need?
There are many different ways an individual may need assistance. At Archangels Specialty Home Care we make it a priority to have person centered care for each of our clients. Each client will have a customized care plan to fit their own unique needs, as every single client utilizes their home care services differently.
Companion Care
Companion care is one of the most requested home care services for our senior clients. Many times our clients don't have family members that live near by, which inhibits them to visit their loved ones as much as they'd like to. In addition to our senior clients, we have some families that have utilized our companion care services for their children when they are in the hospital or unable to attend to their needs due to unforeseen circumstances.
Archangels Specialty Home Care will find out each clients interests & build a customized care plan based off their interests & needs to be satisfied with their social life. Our "Angels" can socialize with your loved one, play cards, put puzzles together, cook/bake together, listen to music, read together, provide nail care &/or skin care, exercise, go for walks, attend social activities outside of the home, visit friends & family, along with many other activities to enrich their lives.
Homemaker Services
Our next most requested home care services for our senior clients would be homemaking services. Many of our senior clients cannot physically do many of the everyday household duties, so they need just a little assistance. Again, we have some families, mother's & expecting mother's that have utilized our homemaker services for many different reasons.
Archangels Specialty Home Care will find out each clients needs & build a customized care plan to assist anyone with managing everyday household duties. Our "Angels" can assist with everyday household duties such as; meal preparation, wash dishes, laundry, light housekeeping (dust, vacuum, sweep, etc), make bed, change bed linens, pet care, plant care, run errands, grocery shop, accompany to appointments, help with organization & so many other duties to assist anyone with their own unique situation.
Personal Care
Personal care is important to have for a senior &/or a disabled person. In most cases, they were able to provide their own personal care needs for themselves, such as dressing &/or bathing, but now they need some assistance. Archangels Specialty Home Care will assess each clients personal care needs over the phone & then again in person at the free assessment of services after the initial phone call. We will then customize a Care Plan for each client as it is our goal to keep all of our clients clean, safe & comfortable in their own living environment. Our "Angels" can assist with dressing, bathing, skin care, incontinence care, toileting, some transferring, ambulation, range of motion exercising, mouth care including denture care, combing/brushing hair, repositioning to avoid discomfort &/or skin breakdown, feeding, etc.
Specialty Services
Creative Art Services
Creative Art services are offered to our clients in the comfort of their own homes or at the Middleburg Heights Recreation Center on the first Thursday of each month. These services are offered to our clients by our Creative Art Therapy Specialist, Nora White. Nora works with individuals who may not be able to do a lot of things for themselves, but with a little bit of creativity & encouragement they can create art they never knew they could do. Creative Art services is a type of art that brings joy & accomplishment to those who try it & they gain the satisfaction of accomplishment. Housekeeping Cleaning Services
Archangels Specialty Home Care offers referrals to a couple different cleaning companies. This service is for anyone that would need additional cleaning needs outside of what the "Angels" do for each client. Services offered are deep cleans, general cleans on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis, window cleans, clean outs, & power washing.

Decluttering & Organization Services
Archangels Specialty Home Care offers our clients services to assist them with decluttering & organization. This service is for anyone that may have lost control of the things they have in their home as they grow older &/or anyone who just simply needs assistance in this area of their lives. Yard Work Services
Archangels Specialty Home Care offers referrals to a couple different companies that will assist with yard work. This service is for anyone that would need basic yard work done at their homes. Services offered are grass cutting, edging, weeding, mulching, & power washing.
